A BIT ABOUT US

ROWDY has its origins in Cape Town, South Africa. We started our mission to embrace basic goodness by providing affordable leather rucksacks to local students through trendy market stalls and concessions.

In July 2020, we launched a branch of ROWDY bags in the UK with a mission to encourage thoughtful consumption and take on the throwaway culture of fast fashion. We offer you a unique collection of leather bags and accessories that are all handmade by us, and guaranteed for life.

rowdybags.co.uk is operated by our UK company from the city of Bath.

Customers must be available at the delivery address to sign and acknowledge receipt and acceptance of their order.

ROWDY is a small business that tries to better peoples lives by adopting ethical, sustainable practices and empowering our wonderful staff whose efforts and skills are second-to-none. For these reasons, we strongly encourage thoughtful purchases.

We send out handmade bags that we love, and we really want you to be happy with your ROWDY purchase.

In the unlikely event that your ROWDY bag does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your order.

We are happy to refund or exchange a product as long as it is returned to us in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect, resalable condition.

We hope you'll understand that we ask you to return items at your own cost.
