Every order matters to us. Whether your bag is waiting on the shelf in Bath or being made for you in our Cape Town workshop, here's what to expect.
Delivery costs
UK delivery is free on every order, sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you need your order sooner, choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout for £3.89; it usually arrives 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. The delivery cost is always shown before you pay.
In-stock bags
In-stock bags are dispatched from Bath within 3 to 5 working days. We'll email you as soon as your parcel is on its way, with a tracking link if you chose Tracked 24.
Made-to-order bags
If your shade is out of stock, we make your bag to order in our Cape Town workshop. Please allow 15 to 20 working days for it to reach you. Each product page shows which applies to the shade you choose, next to the button.
Timescales are a reasonable guide rather than a guarantee: very occasionally they're affected by leather availability or where you live. If anything changes, we'll let you know.
Hand delivery in Bath
If you live in or around Bath, we'll deliver your bag by hand, free of charge. Add a note at checkout or call us on 01225 683 729, and we'll arrange a time that suits you.
Receiving your order
If your parcel is too big for the letterbox and nobody is in, Royal Mail will leave a card so you can rearrange delivery or collect it.
Every Rowdy bag is checked before it leaves us and arrives wrapped in its own dust bag. Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or not what you ordered, get in touch straight away and we'll put it right.
Where is my order?
If you chose Tracked 24, use the tracking link in your dispatch email (check your junk folder too). If you have an account, you can also see your orders by signing in. If your parcel hasn't moved for a few working days, send us your order number and we'll chase it with Royal Mail.
International delivery
We've sent Rowdy bags all over the world, including Ireland and the Channel Islands. Because costs, import duties and customs rules vary, we look at each request individually. Tell us where you are and we'll come back with a quote and what to expect on arrival.
