Your made-to-order item will be handmade at our workshop in Cape Town. Please allow 15 to 20 working days for delivery. Orders are sent using the Royal Mail tracked service.

A tracking link will be emailed once your order has been dispatched locally. We ask that customers are available at the delivery address to receive and acknowledge their parcel. If you have any questions about your order, your delivery or stock availability, please contact us.

We send out handmade bags that we love, and we really want you to be happy with your ROWDY purchase.

In the unlikely event that your ROWDY bag does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange, provided the item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect, resalable condition.

We hope you’ll understand that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
