ROWDY is a small business that tries to better people’s lives by adopting ethical, sustainable practices and empowering our wonderful team, whose skills and craftsmanship are second to none. For these reasons, we strongly encourage thoughtful purchases.

We send out handmade bags that we love, and we really want you to be happy with your ROWDY purchase.

In the unlikely event that your ROWDY bag does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange, provided the item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect, resalable condition.

We hope you’ll understand that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to request a return

If you would like to return your ROWDY bag, please email us with your order number and reason for return.

Please note that our team will be away until week commencing 5 January, so responses may be slightly delayed during this period. All return requests sent by email will be logged and responded to as soon as we are back.
