MAKE ME ONE (for made-to-order items)
Your made-to-order item will be handmade in Cape Town. Please allow 15 to 20 working day for delivery. Orders are sent using the Royal Mail tracked service. We will provide you with a tracking number once dispatched locally.
Customers must be available at the delivery address to sign and acknowledge receipt and acceptance of their order.

In the unlikely event that your ROWDY bag does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your order.
We are happy to refund or exchange a product as long as it is returned to us in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect, resalable condition.
