Your made-to-order item will be handmade & delivered in 10 to 15 working days. Orders are sent using the Royal Mail tracked service. We will provide you with a tracking number once it is dispatched.
Customers must be available at the delivery address to sign and acknowledge receipt and acceptance of their order.

In the unlikely event that your ROWDY bag does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your order.
We are happy to refund or exchange a product as long as it is returned to us in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect, resalable condition.
