To receive your order in time for Christmas, please place your order by 16 December.
All Christmas orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 24, providing fast and reliable delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification by email.
Orders placed after 16 December
Any orders for in-stock items received after 16 December will be dispatched week commencing 5 January 2026, on a first come, first served basis while stock lasts.
Temporarily paused
To keep everything clear during this busy period, made-to-order items are temporarily paused. These will reopen later in December once Christmas dispatches are complete.
A tracking link will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Customers must be available at the delivery address to receive and acknowledge their parcel. If you have any questions about delivery or stock availability, please contact us before ordering. We are always happy to help.

We send out handmade bags that we love, and we really want you to be happy with your ROWDY purchase.
In the unlikely event that your ROWDY bag does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange, provided the item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect, resalable condition.
We hope you’ll understand that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to request a return
If you would like to return your ROWDY bag, please email us with your order number and reason for return.
Please note that our team will be away until week commencing 5 January, so responses may be slightly delayed during this period. All return requests sent by email will be logged and responded to as soon as we are back.
