In-stock items are available to BUY NOW and will be dispatched in 3 to 5 working days. Orders are sent using the Royal Mail tracked service. We will provide you with a tracking number once dispatched.

MAKE ME ONE (for made-to-order items)
Your made-to-order item will be handmade in Cape Town. Please allow 15 to 20 working day for delivery. Orders are sent using the Royal Mail tracked service. We will provide you with a tracking number once dispatched locally.

Customers must be available at the delivery address to sign and acknowledge receipt and acceptance of their order.

We send out handmade bags that we love, and we really want you to be happy with your ROWDY purchase.

In the unlikely event that your ROWDY bag does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange, provided the item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect, resalable condition.

We hope you’ll understand that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
