We send out handmade bags that we love, and we really want you to be happy with your ROWDY purchase. In the unlikely event that your ROWDY bag does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your order.

We are happy to refund or exchange a product as long as it is returned to us in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect, resalable condition. We also hope you'll understand that we ask you to return items to our UK address at your own cost.
